My trick: buy the players Sunday morning. I scored quite a few bargains that way.

The logical second tip: do not send your players to the auction Saturday morning!

In lower levels, i used to buy players early in the morning (5UTC) and sell the same ones in the afternoon, and got a lot of recruitment coins.
But when coming to higher levels (probably 10/11), it does not work as well. So a trick for the low-leveled fellows.
